1. No Bullsh*t Policy

By placing an order with Advanced Combat Engagement, you agree to our terms. We’re not Amazon. We don’t mass-produce. Every custom glove is handmade and takes 3-5 weeks depending on order load. If you can’t wait, don’t order custom.

2. Flash Sale Rules

Flash sale gloves are ready-to-ship. No embroidery, no customization, no changes. What you see is what you get. Ships in 1 week. No returns. No exchanges.

3. No Refunds on Customs

Custom gloves are built specifically for you. Once production starts, there are no cancellations, no refunds, and no changes. If you made a mistake in your order, hit us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it’s locked in.

4. Damage or Defects

We inspect every piece before it ships. If your gear shows up damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If it’s on us, we’ll fix it. If it’s not, don’t come crying.

5. You’re Responsible

Make sure your shipping info is correct. If you put the wrong address, that’s on you. We’re not chasing down your lost package.
